Cora Cheung is the Tax Partner of Bamboo Sea, with over 18 years of experience in international tax advisory, fund structuring, and corporate governance.

She previously worked with KPMG, DLA Piper, IBFD, and various financial services firms. Her experience spans industries including oil & gas, manufacturing, financial services, technology, and Web3, where she has advised on M&A transactions exceeding USD 300 million and structured cross-border solutions for multinational companies, family offices, and investment funds.

 

Cora holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University and an Advanced LL.M. in International Tax Law from Leiden University, The Netherlands. She is a Singapore Chartered Accountant and a Certified International Tax Advisor (ADIT, UK).
